The COVID-19 pandemic's ever-changing mandates and guidelines led couples scrambling to postpone, reschedule, or even cancel their weddings. Venues are closing and providers are going out of business. The COVID-19 pandemic greatly hit the wedding industry.

What is your attitude toward marriage? Do you think it is important to get married before moving in with your boyfriend\girlfriend?

According to the Wedding Report, approximately 2.5 million weddings are set to take place in the US this year. Findings show that nearly 20% of weddings scheduled for 2021 were postponed to 2022, while roughly 50% of weddings scheduled for 2020 were postponed to 2021 or beyond.

Have you ever been part of a wedding party? If so, did you enjoy the experience?

Ms. Krivo-Kaufman and Mr. Geselowitz, for example, a Brooklyn couple, had begun talking about getting married in December 2019. But until late last year, they did not celebrate their wedding, they had to postpone and reduce their guest list by half three times. Now 2022 and hearing the Omicron variant's spread, they again felt the familiar sense of frustration.

Do you know someone's original wedding plans but halted by COVID-19? Do you have friends who were married during this pandemic?

Despite this, they are looking forward to their March 2022 wedding, even if it means a downsized wedding or redesigning the event to include safety measures. Government authorities are requesting couples to ensure that all guests are vaccinated and, when in doubt, wedding guests have to get tested if they want to attend.

Tell me about the most touching and emotional wedding vows you have ever heard. Or describe a great couple that has been married for many happy years.

Many couples hire a wedding planner because they know that professional planners have years of experience and can organize their event better. Couples also know that smaller groups of guests are easier to coordinate in these times. Due to government rules, they have no choice but to cut the number of guests, so they simply bring their must-haves. Outdoor venues are also perfect for a Covid-friendly event. Indoors are okay as long as there's plenty of ventilation.

Tell me about the wedding traditions in your country? How expensive is it to put on a wedding where you live?

The pandemic will obviously alter the look of their wedding, but a big day is a big day! Many couples were able to rearrange their celebration in such a way that it was both safe and memorable with a little creativity.

What is your dream wedding? Describe.
