We all remember places where we went for the first time. For those of us who were not born in a city by the coast, visiting a beach is one of the most vivid memories from childhood. Swimming in the ocean for the first time it’s a nice experience. Today we are going to explore first time memories. 

If you grew up in a small town, you would probably remember the first time that you visited a big city. The same happens when you grow up in a city and visit a ranch or a small town for the first time.

Learning to ride a bicycle takes time and practice, but many of us remember the first time that we started rolling on our own. For some others riding a horse or a motorcycle for the first time brings them joy. Share a memory of you riding a bicycle or doing something that takes time and practice for the first time.

Some children grow in an overprotective home because their parents do not let them go outside alone. Some others grow unattended because parents let them go wherever they want to go. What was your experience? Did your parents let you play outside, go to the mall or go to parties early in your life?

When we fall in love for the first time, it’s not usually the best experience, but it is an experience. Falling in love for the first time generally happens when we are too young to understand it. Share what it was like for you to fall in love for the first time. 

Some people say that staying with a partner is more about being friends, understanding and appreciating each other than what people call “love”. Some even say that “happily ever after” does not exist. How is it different to be in love now from being in love for the first time? Do you believe in love?

Driving a car is an activity that requires patience, practice and responsibility. But we all have different experiences when learning and driving for the first time.
